In other news, picked up Zoo Keeper for the Nintendo DS. This is the same game that I enjoyed in Flash form back in early 2003.
Eh, I've been annoyed with all forms of that Zookeeper for usurping the name from Taito's awesome arcade game.
Speaking of which, although I picked up the Taito arcade collection two months ago and installed it on my computer, I still haven't played it! In the meantime I have lost the disk, and it won't play without the damn thing! I am seriously annoyed with them.

Was the Z-trigger analog?
I don't remember that.
Then again, most people probably never figured out that the face buttons on the Xbox were pressure sensitive (and therefore analog). IIRC, so were the ones on the PS2. 360 has thankfully done away with that mushy crap.
No idea if PS3 still has mushy buttons or not.

Jeremy: You might be right. I'll have to double check after work today. Thanks.
JohnH: Zoo Keeper, the flash game and DS game, is pretty awesome. I appreciate the Taito game too, but I'm not going to let that get in the way of my Bejeweled-clone enjoyment.

Jeremy: You were right. To quote from Wikipedia (which I'll assume is right)...
"Controller: 1 analog stick; 2 shoulder buttons; one digital cross pad; six face buttons, 'start' button, and one digital trigger."
Updated the post to reflect the correction.
